We are looking for an Analyst/Senior Analyst with 3+ years of experience in Private Credit, Loan Operations, Portfolio Management, and Fund Accounting. The role involves supporting loan portfolio management, fund accounting activities, NAV calculations, reconciliations, and investor reporting for private market investments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor private credit and loan portfolios, including direct lending and syndicated loans.
- Support loan trade settlements, reconciliations, and loan servicing activities.
- Track portfolio performance, cash flows, repayments, and covenant compliance.
- Perform NAV calculations, journal entries, accruals, and fund accounting reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, audit support, and regulatory reporting.




- Prepare investor and portfolio performance reports.
- Collaborate with Investment, Operations, and Compliance teams to improve processes and reporting efficiencies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Private Credit, Loan Operations, Fund Accounting, or Investment Operations.
- Strong knowledge of syndicated loans, direct lending, private debt, and fund accounting concepts.
- Experience with NAV calculations, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with Investran, Geneva, Wall Street Office (WSO), or similar systems.
- Advanced Excel skills; SQL/VBA knowledge is a plus.
- Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
