Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter who can handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across India. The candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good knowledge of IT technologies, and experience working with job portals and recruitment databases.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end domestic IT recruitment for contract and permanent positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and references.
- Understand client JDs and identify suitable candidates based on mandatory skills and experience.
- Conduct initial screening, technical skill validation, and communication assessment.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, location, and other joining requirements.
- Manage offer, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment MIS.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly submission and closure targets.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for frequently hired IT technologies.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Good understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, DevOps, SAP, Testing, and Infrastructure.
- Solid candidate screening and sourcing skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience handling notice period, CTC, and candidate follow-ups.
- Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and strong stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

- Experience in IT staffing / recruitment consultancy.
- Experience working on contract staffing / C2H requirements.
- Knowledge of VMS/MSP hiring processes.
- Experience handling bulk and niche IT requirements.
