Role Summary

This is a dual-charter role for someone who can own end-to-end bookkeeping, statutory compliance, and filings on Zoho Books, while also managing inventory, GRNs, and vendor coordination across our outlets. Accounting experience is the primary requirement; supply chain and inventory processes will be trained on the job.

Key Responsibilities

- Own day-to-day bookkeeping in Zoho Books sales, purchases, expenses, bank/cash reconciliation including reconciling POS (Rista) and aggregator (Swiggy, Zomato) sales
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time; coordinate with the CA/auditor for audits and annual filings
- Prepare monthly MIS (P&L; by outlet, cash flow, variance analysis) and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Manage inventory and stock records across outlets, process GRNs against POs and vendor invoices, and reconcile stock against system records




- Coordinate with vendors on ordering, deliveries, pricing, and payment terms; coordinate with outlet teams on stock requirements and transfers
- Ensure inventory movements are correctly reflected in the system;

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, with hands-on Zoho Books (or similar ERP) experience
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory filing processes in India
- Robust Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfortable with data reconciliation
- High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and willingness to be hands-on (outlet/warehouse visits, not just desk work)
- No prior supply chain/inventory experience required — this will be trained; willingness to learn is what matters
