Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Leader to drive the implementation, integration, governance and continuous improvement of SAP systems across the end-to-end business value chain of a Wind Turbine OEM. The role will lead SAP transformation initiatives covering sales, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, wind farm project execution, commissioning, service & O&M;, finance and HR, with a strong focus on integrating all functions into a single SAP platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the organization's SAP roadmap and digital transformation strategy.
- Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation and ERP transformation programs.
- Manage SAP implementation partners, consultants, project scope, timelines, budgets and risks.
- Lead blueprinting, gap analysis, process mapping, UAT, data migration, training, go-live and hypercare.
- Drive integration across Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Project Execution, Commissioning, O&M; and Finance.
- Provide functional leadership across relevant SAP modules including FI/CO, MM, Ariba, PP/PP-DS, QM, PLM, EWM, TM, PS, PM, FSM, CS and SuccessFactors.
- Develop SAP workflows supporting wind farm development, construction, installation and commissioning.
- Establish and govern SAP master data including Material, Vendor, Customer, Equipment, Project and BOM master data.




- Develop dashboards and analytics for manufacturing, supply chain, projects and service operations.
- Drive change management, user adoption, SOP development and business-user training.
- Ensure SAP governance, compliance, partner performance and implementation cost control.
- Work closely with the CEO, COO, CFO, CIO/IT Head, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Project Execution, Service & O&M;, Engineering, HR and HSE teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong experience in SAP program/ERP transformation leadership.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and integration.
- Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes across manufacturing, supply chain and project execution.
- Experience with multiple SAP modules and their integration.
- Strong stakeholder and implementation-partner management skills.
- Experience in Wind Energy / Renewable Energy / Manufacturing / EPC / Infrastructure would be highly relevant.
- Ability to lead large-scale digital transformation and drive organization-wide SAP adoption
