We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for an Inbound Banking Voice Process. Candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing banking-related information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries related to banking products and services.
- Provide accurate information and solutions within defined timelines.
- Maintain customer records and update system information.
- Ensure compliance with quality and process guidelines.
- Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation Mandatory (Any Stream).
- Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.




- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Salary

- Freshers: 15,000 In-Hand per month
- Experienced Candidates: 17,500 In-Hand per month

Working Days

- 6 Days Working
- 1 Rotational Weekly Off
