Key Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, Stories, and paid advertisements.
- Edit long-form YouTube videos, including property reviews, project walkthroughs, location guides, founder videos, customer testimonials, educational content, and podcast episodes.
- Edit video podcasts and interview-based content by improving pacing, removing unnecessary sections, adding graphics, captions, B-roll, transitions, and branding elements.
- Create engaging property walkthroughs, project tours, interior videos, drone videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Edit talking-head, founder, testimonial, educational, and voice-over videos.
- Add motion graphics, text animations, captions, subtitles, maps, floor plans, lower thirds, and CTAs.
- Perform audio enhancement, sound design, colour correction, and basic colour grading.
- Repurpose long-form videos and podcasts into multiple short-form assets for social media and advertising campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, design, and content teams to deliver high-quality creative assets.
- Manage project files, revisions, and multiple video versions while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in video editing and storytelling.
- Experience in editing Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, and podcasts.
- Motion graphics, subtitle animation,



and visual pacing skills.
- Knowledge of audio cleanup, sound design, and colour correction.
- Understanding of social media trends, audience retention, and YouTube content optimization.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, high-volume content environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Interior Design, Architecture, Hospitality, Lifestyle Brands, Digital Marketing, Podcast Production, or Social Media Agencies will be preferred.
