Summary:
Responsible for designing, configuring, and managing Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) portals, communities, and selfservice platforms to deliver branded, secure digital experiences for customers, partners, or employees
Skills & Requirements:
- Handson experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud setup and configuration
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and integration best practices
- Strong understanding of user experience design and branding.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build & Configure: Create and customize Experience Cloud sites using Salesforce tools, templates, and Experience Builder
- Integrate: Connect Salesforce data with other Salesforce products (e.g., Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and thirdparty systems
