Role Summary

Salary Package:
• Freshers Up to 25,000 CTC
• Experienced Up to 40,000 CTC

Job Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries quickly and accurately
• Maintain high customer satisfaction
• Update customer information in CRM/system
• Follow company process and quality guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication skills in English
• Age below 36 years
• Comfortable with rotational shifts
