Job Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and driven Telemarketing / Presales Executive to join our team in Mylapore, Chennai. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions, manage inbound and outbound calls, and drive customer engagement to support our sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound and inbound customer calls effectively.
- Handle presales, telesales, and telemarketing tasks to generate and nurture leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service and relationship management over voice channels.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 5 years of proven experience in Pre-sales, Telesales, Telecalling, Telemarketing, Outbound/Inbound Sales, Voice Support, or Customer Care/Service.
Experience: 1 to 5 years
Age Limit: 18 to 35 years
Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday work is mandatory)
