We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to plan, execute, and successfully deliver projects within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget. The Project Manager will coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.

Role & responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and monitor projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project schedules, timelines, budgets, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor daily project progress and ensure work is completed as per approved plans and specifications.
- Identify project risks, delays, and issues and take corrective actions.
- Ensure projects are delivered within the approved budget and timeline.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
- Track material procurement, manpower requirements, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Review project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and work orders.




- Prepare regular progress reports for management.
- Coordinate with clients and address project-related concerns.
- Manage contractors and ensure adherence to contractual requirements.
- Maintain proper project documentation and records.
- Support project handover and closure activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong project planning and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Good knowledge of construction/project management processes.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in project management, preferably in the construction/real-estate industry.
- Experience managing contractors, consultants, budgets, timelines, and site execution will be preferred.
