As a L1 Technical Support you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers. Your primary duties will include resolving technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Any graduates and proficiency in Hindi and English languages.
The Versant Level required is 4.
The work schedule includes 6 days working with rotational shifts.
Females are scheduled from 7 am to 8 pm, while males work from 7 am to 12 AM.
You will have 1 rotational off during the week.
