Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales of life insurance products through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

- Identify new business prospects within the bank's customer base and develop strategies to acquire recent customers.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, claims processing, and marketing to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

- Develop and maintain knowledge of various life insurance products offered by different companies to provide expert advice to clients.

- Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization for bancassurance sales performance.
