- Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions through exhibitions, quotations, and proposals.
- Provide technical support to customers during the pre-sales phase by responding to queries and resolving issues.
- Manage customer relationships post-sales by ensuring timely delivery of products, addressing concerns, and following up on payments.
- Assist in generating sales orders by coordinating with internal teams for coordination.
Job Requirements :
