Compensation

- Monthly CTC: 50,000
- Annual CTC: 6,00,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions for new and existing BPO employees.
- Deliver process, product, and refresher training as required.
- Ensure trainees understand process guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify training gaps and implement appropriate coaching interventions.
- Prepare and maintain training reports, assessments, and performance records.




- Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams to ensure training effectiveness.
- Support nesting and transition of new hires into production.

Candidate Profile

- Prior experience as a Process Trainer / BPO Trainer preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Positive understanding of BPO processes, SOPs, and quality parameters.
- Ability to manage classroom and floor training effectively.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
