About the Role: We're looking for an Assistant Manager Product Management to drive the Symmetry (Kitchen and Furniture hardware) product vertical. You'll support new product launches, strengthen dealer/distributor relationships, run training programs for channel partners, and act as the connecting link between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Service teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end product launches specification sheets, product databases, and cross-team coordination
- Drive sales revenue through Symmetry special partners (dealers & distributors)
- Conduct regular market visits to track customer needs, competitor activity, and ground-level insights




- Plan and deliver product training for sales teams and channel partners; assess effectiveness
- Coordinate product complaint resolution with Service/Quality teams — root cause analysis and closure tracking
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date product specifications and technical documentation
