Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage tendering process from bid solicitation to contract award, ensuring timely submission of tenders.

- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, engineering) and external agencies (consultants, suppliers) for tender preparation.

- Monitor tender progress and communicate updates to stakeholders; resolve any issues that may arise during the bidding process.

- Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, quotations, and e-tenders in accordance with client requirements.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to tender management.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience in tendering or a similar field (construction industry preferred).

- Robust understanding of bidding, estimation, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, quotation creation, E-tendering processes.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
