- Manage bulk hiring campaigns from end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.

- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the market.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding process for new hires.

- Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-4 years of experience in bulk hiring, mass recruitment, or end-to-end recruitment management.

- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.

- Robust understanding of Talent Acquisition principles and best practices.

- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
