JD:

Quality Engineering

- Strong experience across the full software testing lifecycle.
- Expertise in test automation frameworks, API testing, UI testing, and integration testing.
- Experience implementing Continuous Testing within CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.

AI Testing

- Experience testing AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI applications.
- Understanding of AI evaluation techniques and model validation approaches.
- Experience with prompt testing, hallucination detection, response quality evaluation, and guardrail validation.
- Understanding of Responsible AI, AI risk management, and governance principles.

Technical Skills

- Java / Python / TypeScript.
- Selenium, Playwright, API automation tools.
- CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent.
- Cloud-based testing approaches and environments.
- Test management platforms such as Xray and up-to-date observability tooling.
