Job Summary We are looking for experienced sales professionals from the Freight Forwarding, NVOCC, or Shipping industry to drive business growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry knowledge, an established customer base, and the ability to generate and convert new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Freight Forwarding, Logistics, and NVOCC industry.

Generate new leads and convert prospects into long-term customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable logistics and shipping solutions.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.

Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on customer requirements.

Negotiate rates, service terms, and commercial agreements with customers.

Coordinate with operations, customer service, and pricing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.





Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and business retention.

Ensure all sales-related documentation and records are accurate and updated. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reviews for management.

Adhere to company policies and industry regulations related to international logistics and shipping.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, NVOCC, or Shipping sales. Robust understanding of international freight forwarding, logistics, and NVOCC operations.

Proven track record in business development and customer acquisition.

Existing customer base and industry network will be an advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong commercial acumen and customer-focused approach.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/Sales Management tools.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer requirements.
