About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle all inbound corporate enquiries received through phone, email, website, WhatsApp, and other channels.
2. Guide clients through the complete sales journey from enquiry to booking confirmation with a seamless customer experience.
3. Track enquiry conversion metrics, customer feedback, and continuously improve the booking experience.
4. Identify and reach out to HR teams, corporate event coordinators, office administrators, and key decision-makers.
5. Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals.
6. Build and nurture long-term corporate relationships to drive repeat bookings.
