Store Keeper

Role The Store Keeper is responsible for productive material receipt, storage, issue, stock control, and documentation to ensure zero wastage, FIFO compliance, accurate GRN updates, and proper coordination with Purchase, Accounts, and Site Engineers.

Responsibilities Procurement & Vendor Management

- Billing & Payment Coordination
- Material Receipt & Stock Monitoring
- Site material issue & received material Management
- Documentation & Filing
- Tasks Receive MRN from Engineer
- Contact minimum 3 suppliers and get quotation
- Prepare Rate Comparison Sheet
- Create PO in Newton
- Send PO to Supplier
- Follow Up for Advance Payment
- Track payments done but material not received.
- Negotiate minimum transportation cost.
- Physical Verification on Site of material

GRN Entry in Newton

- Material Issue vs material Return Record
- Identify Mismatch quantity, quality, rate in bill
- Inform Supplier and get corrected Bills
- Collect Hardcopy supplier bills.
- File invoice in purchase file with delivery challan

Software & Reporting Updates in Newton

- Site Storage Monitoring
