Job Description – Civil Engineer

Experience: 7–8 Years in high rise residential building.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with 7–8 years of experience in High-Rise residential building and commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, executing, and monitoring construction activities while ensuring quality, safety, timely completion, and cost control.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.

* Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings before execution.

* Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

* Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.

* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and internal teams.

* Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.

* Prepare quantity estimates, BOQs, and material reconciliation reports.

* Verify contractor bills and work measurements.

* Conduct site inspections for RCC, finishing,



and civil works.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

* Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site records, and project documentation.

* Identify and resolve technical issues at the site.

* Ensure timely procurement and availability of construction materials.

* Monitor project quality and implement corrective actions wherever required.

* Guide and supervise junior engineers, supervisors, and site staff.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of RCC and finishing works.

* Knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, and billing.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project.

* Understanding of IS Codes and construction standards.

* Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage multiple contractors and site activities effectively

*Remuneration Negotiable As per Merit*

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
