Job Title: Mobile Developer ( React Native)

About the Role

We are seeking a Mobile Developer with strong experience in React Native (or hybrid frameworks) who can contribute to designing, building, testing, and delivering high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate is both a strong individual contributor and a mentor, with a passion for best practices, clean architecture, automated delivery, and modern development approaches.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, participating in product planning, and driving technical excellence across mobile platforms.

What You’ll Do

Mobile Development

- Build, test, and deploy mobile apps using React Native.
- Deliver clean, modular, scalable code with effective architectural patterns.
- Implement responsive UI/UX with pixel-perfect fidelity.

Quality & Testing

- Write effective unit and integration tests to maintain high code coverage.
- Ensure stability, performance, and reliability through automated testing and code reviews.

App Releases

- Manage releases to Apple App Store and, optionally, Play Store.
- Coordinate with release managers and QA for smooth delivery.
- Familiarity with TestFlight and app signing processes.

CI/CD & Automation

- Define and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
- Experience with tools such as GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Jenkins, App Center, or Fastlane.
- Understand automated testing, build distribution, and deployment flows.

Version Control & Best Practices

- Expert level in Git — branching strategies, merging, pull requests, conflict resolution.

Design & Collaboration





- Work with designers using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin, or similar.
- Convert designs into high-quality app screens.
- Advocate for consistent UX across platforms.

Team Leadership

- Mentor and guide mid/junior developers.
- Conduct technical reviews and share knowledge.
- Act as an enabler for team delivery excellence.

Innovation & Up-to-date Tech

- Continuously evaluate and adopt current technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Passion for modern mobile paradigms and performance optimization.
- Exposure to AI tools and integrations (e.g., OpenAI APIs, embeddings, code assistants, automated code quality tools).

Skills & Requirements

Technical Competencies

- React Native: 3+ years building real-world applications.
- Hybrid mobile frameworks awareness (optional): Flutter, Expo.
- Unit testing tools: Jest, Detox, XCTest, Quick, Snapshot testing.
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions / Bitrise / App Center / Fastlane / Jenkins.
- Design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin.
- Version control: Git (Git flow, PR best practices).

Desirable

- Understanding of Redux / MobX / Recoil for state management.
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL.
- Knowledge of analytics SDKs, push notifications, offline sync.
- Exposure to cloud services (e.g., AWS Amplify, Firebase).
