Coordinates With - Sales Coordinator, Factory Administration, Accounts Department, Customer Service Executive
Job Purpose:
The primary purpose of the role is to support the sale of the company’s goods and services. Potential customers need to be approached with the aim of winning current business and existing customers need to be retained with repeat sales. The job will intensively involve relationship building, researching the market and building a customer database, and presenting the company’s products in a structured and qualified way. The role also demands Customer Relations activities that support in building stronger customer relationships.
