We're looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented person to join our accounts team. No prior experience needed — if you're comfortable with a computer, willing to learn, and keen to grow into a finance role, we'd like to hear from you. You'll be trained on the job and given real responsibility from early on.
What you'll do
Accounts payable & receivable
- Enter and process invoices, expense claims, and other financial documents
- Keep accurate records of payments and transactions
- Follow up on pending invoices and help ensure timely payments
- Help match and reconcile payable/receivable statements
Books & reporting
- Enter day-to-day transactions into the accounting system
- Assist with monthly and annual reports
- Help spot mismatches or errors in the data
Administrative support
- Support other departments with day-to-day tasks
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence
- Keep track of office supplies and equipment
- Help schedule meetings and travel arrangements
Records & filing
- Organise and maintain financial and administrative files
- Keep documentation accurate, complete,
and secure
Compliance
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Learn the basic rules and regulations that apply to our accounts work
What we're looking for
- Any degree (commerce/accounting background is a plus, not a must)
- Freshers welcome — no minimum experience
- Comfortable with computers: typing, email, and basic Excel/Word
- Willing to learn accounting software (we use Zoho — training provided)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Clear communication and a friendly, cooperative attitude
- Able to juggle a few tasks at once and meet deadlines
- Genuine interest in learning and taking on new responsibilities
