- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
- Promote and sell flight tickets, holiday packages, hotels, and other travel services.
- Prepare quotations and customized travel packages based on customer requirements.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate flight, hotel, and package bookings with the operations team.
- Assist customers with booking changes, cancellations, rescheduling, and other service requirements.
- Provide timely updates and solutions to customer queries and concerns.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and customer interactions.
- Collect customer feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.




- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from enquiry to post-booking support.

Qualifications & Skills

- Any degree or relevant qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, travel, or hospitality preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication and a sales-oriented attitude can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems will be an added advantage.

Candidates with previous experience in reputed retail/customer-facing organizations will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
