JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: Store Assistant – GRN

Location: Bhiwandi.

Experience: 0–2 Years

Qualification: Diploma / BE / BTech (Mechanical / Production / Any Graduate)

Freshers are Welcome!!

Job Responsibilities:

- Receive incoming materials as per Purchase Order (PO) and Delivery Challan
- Perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) entry in ERP/system accurately
- Verify quantity, quality, and specifications of received materials
- Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, and Stores teams for material inspection
- Maintain proper documentation for GRN, invoices, and inward registers
- Ensure correct labeling, storage, and identification of materials
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to concerned departments
- Assist in inventory control,



stock verification, and audits
- Follow safety, 5S, and store management procedures
- Support issue and return of materials as per requirement

Skills & Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of GRN process and inventory management
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Basic MS Excel and computer skills
