# Job Description – Graphic Designer

### About the Role

We are looking for a *creative, detail-oriented, and branding-focused Graphic Designer* who has a robust eye for aesthetics and understands what makes a design visually effective.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about *branding, typography, layouts, colour combinations, and visual communication*, with the ability to take existing designs and significantly enhance their overall quality.

### Key Responsibilities

* Create high-quality and visually engaging designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, presentations, and branding materials.

* Develop creative concepts that are aligned with the client's *brand identity and communication style*.

* Have a strong understanding of *branding, typography, fonts, colours, layouts, spacing, and visual hierarchy*.

* Select appropriate fonts and typography combinations that enhance the overall design.

* Review existing designs and identify areas for improvement in terms of aesthetics, composition, consistency, and quality.

* Enhance and refine designs to make them more *premium, qualified, modern, and visually appealing*.

* Maintain consistency across all creative assets and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

* Work closely with the social media, content, video, and marketing teams to execute creative campaigns.

* Understand creative briefs and convert ideas into strong visual concepts.

* Create designs for hospitality, lifestyle, corporate, and other client brands.

* Research current design trends, branding styles, typography, and creative references.

* Develop multiple creative directions when required and incorporate feedback effectively.

* Manage multiple projects and deliver designs within deadlines.

### Candidate Requirements





* Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.

* *1–3 years of experience* in graphic design, branding, advertising, or a creative agency preferred.

* Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design skills.

* Excellent understanding of *branding and visual identity*.

* Strong knowledge of *typography, font pairing, colour theory, composition, grids, spacing, and layouts*.

* Good eye for detail and ability to identify what makes a design look polished and professional.

* Proficiency in tools such as *Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva*, or equivalent design software.

* Ability to take feedback and improve designs without compromising creative quality.

* Strong understanding of social media design requirements and digital formats.

* Experience working with hospitality, lifestyle, food, travel, or premium brands will be an advantage.
