Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to lead software development projects from requirement gathering through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to analyse business needs, define functional requirements, manage project execution, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards.

The candidate should possess strong business analysis skills along with hands-on project management experience in Agile environments.

Location- Noida

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis

- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
- Conduct client meetings, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flow Diagrams.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Work closely with UI/UX, Development, QA, and Product teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements.

Project Management

- Manage end-to-end software development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and deliverables.
- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource utilisation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring smooth project execution.

Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with business, technical,



and leadership teams to ensure project alignment.
- Present project updates, dashboards, and reports to senior management.
- Manage change requests and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, CSM, or PSM are preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
