The ideal candidate will handle inventory lifecycles, cross-verify materials with BOQs, and maintain flawless stock data in Tally.Key Responsibilities

- Material Indenting: Process Project Material Requests against approved BOQs and coordinate shortfalls with the Purchase Department.
- Inward & Receipt: Inspect incoming materials, verify against PO/Invoices, issue Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and stamp Inward Notes.
- Material Issuance: Allocate materials strictly against MR/BOQ allotment, pack items securely, and arrange logistics for site dispatch.
- Inventory Tracking: Manage storage layouts in bins/yards and ensure 100% data matching between physical stock and the Tally System.
- Stock Alert:



Track stock levels daily and immediately notify procurement regarding stock-out items to prevent site downtime.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Industry Preference: Construction, Engineering, MEP, or HVAC contracting companies.
- System Knowledge: Mandatory hands-on experience using Tally ERP and MS Excel.
- Material Expertise: Strong familiarity with MEP, HVAC, and Fire Fighting materials (pipes, valves, cables, ducts, sprinklers).
- Skills: Excellent documentation, physical verification accuracy, and logistics coordination.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per hour
