Position Overview

- Role: Hospital Field Sales Executive
- Location: Budh Vihar, Delhi (Field-based)
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Networking: Identify and visit local clinics, pharmacies, nursing homes, and private practitioners to establish referral tie-ups.
- Market Outreach: Conduct door-to-door or community-based marketing activities to create awareness about Novaneo Hospital’s services.
- Corporate Tie-ups: Approach local businesses and organizations for corporate health check-up camps and group discounts.
- Reporting: Maintain daily records of visits, leads generated, and conversion status.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing health camps, seminars, and community outreach programs in and around Budh Vihar.
- Brand Awareness: Distribute marketing collateral (brochures, flyers)



and ensure the hospital’s services are well-represented in the assigned territory.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Minimum Graduate (any stream). Candidates with a background in Pharma or Healthcare marketing are preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field sales (Healthcare, Insurance, or FMCG preferred).
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a "go-getter" attitude.
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
- Travel: Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily field visits.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the North-West Delhi geography is a significant advantage.
