General Manager – Finance & Accounts

Basic Requirements:

- Education/Experience: CA with minimum of 5 - 6 years of Post Qualification experience (preferably in Trading & Real Estate Business)
- Must be a Proven Leader to lead the accounts, finance, Direct & Indirect Tax Teams

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

(A) ACCOUNTS:

- Day to day monitoring of accounts operations
- Finalisation of Final Accounts of Ltd. Companies, LLPs, HUF & Individuals
- Computation of Income Tax including Advance Tax
- Co-ordinating with Statutory & Internal Auditors
- Preparation of Cash flow & Budget with variance analysis

· Structuring & Submission of MIS to the management

(B) FINANCE:

· Arranging Credit facilities (Fund based & Non-Fund based)

· Submission of various documents like Stock statement etc.

· Preparing CMA Data

· Knowledge of LC operations

· Structuring & Submission of MIS to the management

(C)



DIRECT & INDIRECT TAXATION:

· Preparation & submission of I Tax Return for Individuals & Non- Individuals

· Dealing with I Tax department on the matters related to assessment, scrutiny & appeals etc.

· Monitoring GST liabilities

· Structuring & Submission of MIS to the management

(D) STATUTORY COMPLIANCES:

· Timely payment of Statutory Obligations like PF, ESIC, PTax, TDS, GST etc.

· Timely submission of various periodic returns related to PF, ESIC, PTax, TDS, GST etc.

· Structuring MIS representing statutory compliances for the management

Remuneration: 9 – 12 LPA

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
