Fynex Fitness is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, promoting our fitness equipment, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, visits, references, and other channels.
- Identify potential customers and understand their gym/equipment requirements.
- Present and explain Fynex Fitness products and solutions to customers.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and service teams for smooth order execution.
- Update customer and sales activities regularly in the CRM.
- Conduct customer visits and product demonstrations when required.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional activities,



and other marketing initiatives.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
- Experience in fitness equipment, gym equipment, B2B sales, or similar industries will be an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
