Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities, develop customer relationships, and achieve sales growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, customer visits and references.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
- Handle price negotiations and follow up until order closure.
- Conduct regular customer visits and business meetings.
- Monitor competitors, market trends and customer requirements.
- Develop new markets and expand the company's customer base.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Follow up on payments and customer requirements.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and business development updates for management.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship and networking skills.
- Good presentation and convincing ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong follow-up and business conversion skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Experience in B2B / Industrial / Automotive sales will be preferred.
Educational Qualification
Any Graduate. MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Business Development will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
