Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant/F&B; outlet.
- Lead, train, and supervise service staff, stewards, captains, and other outlet team members.
- Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage table allocation, reservations, guest requests, and smooth service flow.
- Monitor food & beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of the outlet.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor sales, revenue, daily targets, and outlet performance.
- Drive upselling and suggestive selling of food, beverages, meal plans, and special offers.
- Control food wastage, breakage, operational costs, and inventory.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, Stores, Accounts, and Management.




- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Stores/Purchase team for timely requirements.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, POS operations, and settlement procedures.
- Prepare and review daily sales and operational reports.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, grooming, and food safety.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance and manpower requirements.
- Conduct regular staff briefings and training to improve service quality.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Work closely with management to implement current promotions, events, and revenue-generating initiatives.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
