Presales Intern

We are looking for a motivated and technically curious Presales Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for B.Tech students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in Cybersecurity, Web Application Firewall (WAF) solutions, technical presales, product demonstrations, and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of networking and web technologies, strong communication skills, and an interest in building a career in Cybersecurity and Technical Presales.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the presales team in understanding customer requirements related to web and application security.
- Support the team in preparing technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Assist in conducting product demos and Proof of Concepts (POCs) under the guidance of senior team members.
- Learn and assist in designing basic WAF and application security solutions based on customer environments.
- Support the preparation of RFPs, RFIs, technical proposals, and questionnaires.
- Research customer environments, security requirements, and industry use cases.
- Assist in preparing technical documentation, solution briefs, and presentations.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, product, and delivery teams.
- Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions as required.
- Stay updated on web application security threats, OWASP vulnerabilities, and emerging cybersecurity trends.

Skills & Qualifications

- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer networks and networking concepts.




- Familiarity with HTTP/HTTPS, web servers, APIs, and web application architecture.
- Basic understanding of web application security and cybersecurity concepts.
- Awareness of the OWASP Top 10 is an advantage.
- Interest in learning about Web Application Firewall (WAF) technologies.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly.
- Positive problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a customer-facing technical environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of cloud security, API security, or DevSecOps.
- Familiarity with any WAF, firewall, SIEM, or other cybersecurity solutions.
- Exposure to tools such as Postman, Burp Suite, Wireshark, or similar security/networking tools.
- Academic projects or certifications in Cybersecurity, Networking, Cloud, or Information Security will be an added advantage.
