We are looking for a Sales Executive to develop and manage ORO Laminates’ dealer network across Kerala. The candidate will be responsible for dealer visits, generating orders, developing new dealers, maintaining existing relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit dealers, retailers, interior-material shops, plywood shops and other potential customers on a daily basis.

* Generate new dealer and customer leads and convert them into active accounts.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers.

* Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection targets.

* Present and promote ORO products, including laminates, acrylic sheets, PVC/WPC boards and related products.

* Take orders and coordinate with the office/dispatch team for timely delivery.

* Follow up on quotations, pending orders and payments.

* Identify new market opportunities and potential dealers.

* Submit daily sales reports and dealer-visit reports.

* Maintain accurate customer and dealer information.

Daily Expectations

The Sales Executive is expected to:





* Make 5-10 productive dealer/customer visits per day.

* Generate new customer/dealer leads.

* Follow up on existing enquiries and quotations.

* Generate orders and achieve assigned targets.

* Update the sales team with daily activity and market feedback.

* Maintain regular communication with active dealers.

Requirements

* 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in:

* Laminates

* Plywood

* PVC/WPC boards

* Acrylic sheets

* Hardware

* Interior/building materials

* Strong knowledge of the local market and dealer network is preferred.

* Positive communication and negotiation skills.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

* Malayalam and English required; Hindi/Tamil would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹340,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
