We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers/students, explaining our products/services, answering queries, and converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads.
- Explain products, services, courses, or offers clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Follow up with interested leads regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Handle customer questions and resolve basic queries.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams when required.
- Maintain a skilled and positive attitude while communicating with customers.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
