Job Summary

RNS GLOBESERVE PVT. LTD. is looking for a Logistics Executive to join our Freight Forwarding operations team. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day logistics activities, coordinating with customers and overseas partners, and supporting shipment operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day freight forwarding and logistics operations.
- Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, carriers, and overseas agents.
- Prepare and manage shipping and logistics documentation.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
- Coordinate booking, shipment schedules, and cargo movement.
- Handle emails and follow up with customers and service providers.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate matters when required.




- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow-ups.

Requirements

- Experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Shipping will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and basic logistics knowledge may also apply.
- Positive written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in a night shift.
- Candidates from Vadodara or nearby locations are preferred.

Important: This is a PERMANENT NIGHT SHIFT position. Candidates must be comfortable working from 5:00 PM to 2:30 AM.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
