We are hiring a Tender Executive with knowledge of government tendering and e-procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle tender processes on GeM Portal, E-Procurement and N-Procurement platforms
Search, analyze and manage government tender opportunities
Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines
Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial requirements
Maintain tender records, documentation and follow-ups
Ensure compliance with tender guidelines and procedures
Requirements
0 - 1 year of experience in government tendering
Knowledge of GeM Portal, E-Procurement and N-Procurement systems
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
Ability to manage multiple tenders and timelines efficiently
