Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete HR operations for the automobile organization.
- Handle recruitment, manpower planning, screening, interviews and onboarding.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination and HR documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
- Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
- Ensure smooth joining, induction and onboarding of recent employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR MIS.
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automobile/automotive industry HR practices.
- Good understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Strong communication and employee-management skills.
- Knowledge of HR operations, compliance and documentation.
- Ability to independently manage HR activities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR software/HRMS.
