We are a premier sanitary ware manufacturing firm expanding our market footprint. We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales & Marketing Executive with 3 to 6 years of industry experience. Based out of our Rajkot Corporate Office, you will take ownership of expanding our B2B dealer-distributor network, increasing market share, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealer & Distributor Network: Identify, pitch to, and onboard new dealers and wholesalers across target markets.
- Key Account Management: Maintain active relationships with existing network partners, architects, builders, and corporate project clients.
- Sales Volume & Targets: Drive sales strategies to meet monthly business volume goals.
- Market Insights: Conduct regular ground-level research on competitor pricing, new product trends, and regional demands.
- Brand Visibility: Lead local product promotion campaigns, sample placements, and dealer awareness activities and brand support.
- Outstanding Recovery: Track and ensure the timely collection of payments from distributors according to company credit terms.
- Reporting: Maintain regular sales pipeline data and submit weekly reporting to the executive management.
Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of proven B2B sales/marketing experience, mandatory within Sanitary ware, Ceramics, Bath Fittings, or Building Materials sectors.
- Education: Graduate degree in any field (MBA or Degree in Marketing is an added advantage).
Languages: Complete fluency in Hindi and English is required.
Mobility: Valid driving license for business travel and dealer visits.
Skills: Exceptional negotiation, field sales communication, relationship building, and basic computer proficiency.
