Job Description – Field Investigator

Position: Field Investigator

Employment Type: Field-Based / Investigation Role
Locations: Indore, Surat, Ludhiana, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Patna, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Delhi

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market investigations to identify counterfeit, spurious, and potentially infringing products.
- Investigate and identify the complete product supply chain, including:
- Manufacturer
- Importer
- Stockist
- Wholesaler
- Trader
- Printer
- Packaging Supplier
- Online Seller
- Conduct investigations across sectors such as FMCG- beauty products, laundry detergents, bearings, lubricants, books, edible oil, shampoo, and toothpaste.
- Assist in search and seizure operations when required.
- Conduct evidence collection and documentation during field investigations.
- Prepare investigation reports based on field findings and collected evidence.
- Undertake city-wise and interstate travel as required for assignments.
- Work flexible schedule, including weekends, odd hours, and night operations,



depending on the investigation requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate candidates with an aptitude for field investigation can apply.
- Preferred educational backgrounds:
- Criminology
- Forensic Science
- Law (LLB), particularly candidates with litigation/court experience
- NCC A/B/C Certificate holders
- Own two-wheeler and ability to ride independently is mandatory.
- Willingness to undertake frequent city and interstate travel.
- Comfortable working outside standard 9-to-5 hours.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in field environments and handling sensitive investigation-related information.

Important Note

This is not a conventional desk job. The role primarily involves field visits, market surveillance, undercover/market investigations, evidence collection, documentation, and travel.

Pay: ₹20,200.00 per month
