We are seeking an experienced Content cum Copywriter with 4 to 8 years of dedicated copywriting and content creation experience. In this role, you will bridge the gap between structured government communications and dynamic, modern audiences.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of formal public-sector tone while mastering the art of creating high-engagement content tailored for Gen Z. You will craft compelling campaigns, social media posts, messaging frameworks, and official literature that remain authoritative yet highly relatable and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

- Content & Copy Creation: Write transparent, persuasive, and impact-driven copy across digital and traditional platforms, including social media, campaign taglines, press releases, newsletters, policy summaries, and website content.
- Gen Z & Modern Audience Engagement: Translate complex government initiatives, policies, and public schemes into creative, digestible, and culturally relevant content that resonates with Gen Z and younger demographics.
- Tone & Brand Governance: Maintain a formal, accurate public-sector tone while adapting language to feel modern, approachable, and engaging without compromising official standards.
- Campaign Ideation: Conceptualize end-to-end multi-channel campaigns for public initiatives, awareness drives, and outreach programs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, policy advisors,



and design leads to ensure timely delivery and align content strategy with organizational objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Edit, proofread, and ensure absolute compliance with government guidelines, factual accuracy, and high standards of editorial quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 4 to 8 years of relevant, hands-on experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or Brand Strategist (Mandatory).
- Domain Exposure: Prior experience working on government, Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), or public policy projects is highly preferred.
- Tone Versatility: Demonstrated ability to balance formal, regulatory authority with fresh, engaging, and conversational messaging tailored for Gen Z audiences.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showing successful campaigns, long-form content, short-form copy, and social media work.
- Communication: Exceptional command of the English language (both written and verbal) with sharp attention to detail.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive under tight deadlines, multi-task, and stay updated on evolving digital trends, viral formats, and social media platforms.
