Roles and Responsibilities of a Project Manager:
- Project planning and development.
- Construction and Technical Supervision.
- Vendor and contract Management
- Maintenance and facility Management.
- Budgeting and Cost Controlling.
- TComplacence and safety.
- Team Leadership.
- Client and stakeholder coordination.
- Documentation and reporting.
- Quotation,Costing and Report Generating work.
- BOQ Preperation.
- Must have strong knowledge about construction base, acrylic works and other applications.
- End to End Client Coordination.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Mangement/ Sports infrastructure management.
- Robust knowledge of Autocad for designs.
- MS Word and Excel
