Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage day-to-day hospital operations remotely.
- Coordinate with clinical, administrative, HR, billing, and support teams.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery across departments.
- Track operational KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Develop and implement operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and internal policies.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders when required.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management activities.
- Conduct virtual meetings with department heads and provide operational guidance.




- Analyze operational data and present actionable insights to management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MHA/MBA Healthcare) preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare management.
- Solid understanding of hospital workflows and healthcare processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, Google Workspace, and hospital management systems (HMS).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
