The role involves sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals, managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, coordinating with hiring managers, negotiating offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding. Robust communication, stakeholder management, and recruitment expertise are essential.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
