Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for US-based IT requirements
- Work on job portals and social media platforms
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Coordinate interviews with clients
- Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Freshers can apply (Training will be provided)
- Good communication skills (English)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US shift)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
