Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with at least 3 years of experience in hospital or healthcare accounting. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, monitoring revenue and expenses, handling billing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with healthcare financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor hospital revenue, patient billing, insurance claims, and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements, patient accounts, and vendor accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and healthcare financial policies.
- Process payroll-related accounting entries and employee reimbursements.




- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Analyze financial data and provide management with actionable insights.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and patient-related information.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare organization.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Experience with hospital management systems (HMS) and accounting software such as Tally, SAP...
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of healthcare billing and insurance claim processes.
- Experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance (for India-based organizations).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
