About the Role
We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to manage and grow our dealer/distributor network for CCTV cameras, IP cameras, and electronic accessories across Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula. This role is strictly for candidates with prior experience in the CCTV/security/electronics hardware trade — candidates from FMCG, pharma, insurance, or general consumer sales backgrounds will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and expand relationships with existing dealers/distributors of CCTV cameras and electronic accessories in the Tricity region
- Onboard current dealers and retailers, and drive secondary sales through the channel
- Achieve monthly sales targets through dealer network — not direct-to-consumer/retail sales
- Handle dealer credit terms, order follow-ups, payment collections, and after-sales coordination
- Conduct regular market visits, competitor mapping, and dealer meetings across assigned territory
- Report daily/weekly field activity and pipeline updates to Delhi HQ

Must-Have Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of direct sales experience in CCTV, IP cameras, biometric/access control systems, or electrical/electronic accessories — candidates without this specific category background will not be shortlisted
- Prior experience working with a dealer/distributor channel model, not direct retail or consumer sales




- Strong working knowledge of the Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkust dealer/market ecosystem
- Fluency in Punjabi and Hindi is mandatory for this role
- Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license for daily field travel

Preferred (Good to Have)

- Prior experience with brands such as CP Plus, Hikvision, Dahua, or similar security/electronics brands
- Existing relationships with dealers/distributors in the Tricity region

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Computer Science / IT background preferred; graduates from other streams with relevant sales experience may also apply
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in sales, preferably in camera/IT hardware/computer peripherals or electronics industry
- Language: Hindi, English, Punjabi (preferred)
